HG/SS Zapdos
From what I understand, Zapdos is suppost to show up next to the powerplant in Kanto after you beat the all the Kanto gym leaders. For some reason, it never showed up for me. Anybody know why this might have happened?

It actually appears after you beat Red. ;)

Did you collect all 16 badges, because the guide says youll need all sixteen for it to appear infront of the powerplant.

Yep. All sixteen badges. I beat Red. Talked to Oak. Caught Groudon. Caught Moltres and Articuno. But still no Zapdos.

You need to get the machine part from cerulean gym and bring it to the power plant. After that, Zapdos will appear.
