Time Capsule Problems :(

hey everyone i signed up just because of this problem, i just recently found my pokemon silver version and unfortunately, the internal battery has died :( this means i cant save! Im trying to use the time capsule on silver, and i know you have to talk to bill, well i have talked to him but i am still not able to use it! She just says the time capsule is currently being adjusted! Does this have to do with the internal battery, or what? PLEASE help :/

You need to reach Ecruteak City and talk to Bill there. He should say the time capsule is ready to go. But you can't actually use it until the next day. If your internal battery has died that generally means time-based events stop, so you may not be able to reach the next day to get it to work. :(
