Ooh, Aron is an interesting one. I wouldn't mind training an Aggron one day. Maybe it's time to replay Ruby!

Armaldo is kind of interesting as well. I still see its eyes as ears though. I always thought the red things on its head were its eyes inside some kinda helmet thing. I didn't realise until years later! Unfortunately, that makes it less cool.

I kinda thought he was a little cute... But Swampert made it all worth it in the end. I still have my first Swampert.

Sableye is a pain. Seviper isn't much good for anything imo. Now Aron, Aron was great!

That always killed it for me. He was like the most epic rebirth pokemon. (by rebirth I mean regenerated)

Anyone name their Aggron Hellboy?
I wanted to, after I noticed the likeness.

Boo, the internal battery has run dry in my RSE games! I thought this was only a problem in GSC :( At least it doesn't delete the save files!

Re: Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald/Fire Red/Leaf Green Game Discussion
It's the thing that allows the game to do time events. If it's dry, there's no problem, except that it can't do events that involve time.

Yeah... so the clock stops basically. No more berries or tides or anything! I haven't played the games in years so it's not a big deal, but it still makes me sad. xD

Re: Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald/Fire Red/Leaf Green Game Discussion
Yeah I didn't think it would happen. It feels way too soon. But the games did come out in 2003, so almost 10 years. I feel so old haha.

Re: Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald/Fire Red/Leaf Green Game Discussion
Hi, everyone! :3
I'm thinking about picking up another copy of Emerald again(since I lost my old one years ago), but there's a bit of a problem:
I have a 3DS now. I still have my old DS Lite and all, but yeah, I still play my 3DS from time to time, and I can foresee getting quite frustrating at having to switch between my DS Lite/3DS all the time. xD
Maybe playing via an emulator is better? x_x idk.

Re: Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald/Fire Red/Leaf Green Game Discussion
It sucks that the 3DS doesn't have a GBA slot :( It's only one of the reasons I don't want to upgrade from my DS Lite. It probably wouldn't be too bad switching between the two, unless you were out somewhere and you didn't want to take both systems with you. Do you often play 3DS-only games? Cos if not you can just play your DS and GBA games on the Lite. xD
