Ok seriously. The game erased my progress so I had to start over. I am 2 Pokemon away from completeing the pokemon report. I know that one Pokemon I need is Gyrados [now if I could just figure out how to make it appear again :/], but I don't know what the other is. Anybody know of a list or something of Pokemon that appear in the game? I know there are 60.

Actually, there are 63 Pokémon that you can 'snap'.

Oh okay! Well here are the steps:

When you start the Valley course, throw Pester Balls into the water in front of Mankey. When a Magikarp pops out, try and hit it with a Pester Ball. If you're successful, it will fly into Mankey, and Mankey will punch it over the mountain.

Continue down the stage, keep an eye on your left hand side. When you get close to the waterfall, Magikarp will land on a ledge to your left. Hit it with a Pester Ball and it will flop into the water. It will swim to the waterfall and evolve to Gyarados. Take lots of photos! :D

The only thing I couldn't remember was how to get the magikarp to the waterfall. XD BUT I BEAT THE GAME AND COMPLETED THE POKEMON REPORT. Thanks so much. I should've just checked Bulbapedia in the first place. ^^

Yay, congrats! I feel like restarting mine now xD Were you playing on Virtual Console or N64? What was the Pokemon you were missing?

N64. I discovered I was missing Muk. I didn't even know I could take a pic of Muk in that game until now. XD

Man, it's been a while since I've played Snap. Probably 11 years. I just remember snapping the Pokemon I liked. XDDD

XD Yeah. I also discovered that when the game originally came out, they had stations set up to make stickers out of the pics stored on the game cartrige. It also worked with Pokemon Stadium pictures.

I never really saw the appeal but then, I've never played it for longer than 10 minutes. I'll have to try and find a used copy some time.
