Quick note, if I find out that ANYONE used Action Replay to create their teams, they will be disqualified from the WAR event. They will not be able to participate in the event for the remainder of WAR.

you should just post it as a rule. Also I doubt thats going to be a problem with Mint and I

Another note: You may battle no more than 3 times per week.

Sorry but I can no longer participate in a competition where ar is banned and to think I was going to join a war team to join in too

You were going to get banned for using AR anyways.

Yes, but you must battle someone else in between those two battles. For example:

1. Dredd vs mintjelly
2. Dredd vs ???
3. Dredd vs mintjelly

What levels (min and max) can our Pokemon be at?

At least 50, at most, 100. I'd say if you and your opponent don't have the same levels, be over 50 and you could do a flat battle.

The levels are either lv50 or lv100. It really doesn't matter, tbh.
