Yes, it's true that they have Chlorophyll (which is great), but as I have pointed out, the problem is that they don't have a boost to their main Grass-type STAB under Sun, unlike Rain, in which Water-types have their STAB boosted to form a powerful offence. Basically, I am pointing out that the type should have a inherent boost in Sun, like how Rock-types got an inherent Special Defence boost in Sand.
