Gen V Breeding

I recently restarted my Pokemon White game, and I'm planning on eventually doing some breeding for shinies when I finish the game. I recently put my Snivy in the Day Care; I wanted to also put my Purrloin in, but it would not let me. I have the first gym badge, and I am working on getting the second badge at the moment. How many badges do I need until I can finally put another Pokemon in the day care?

You need to reach Nimbasa to be able to put 2 pokemon in the daycare... I forgot the exact reason, I just remember that the daycare man is there for some reason and is being chased down by Plasma Grunts, because he is the Daycare man.

Also I'd like to note it's after you save him he give you the bike. (because he's too old to use it)
