Furrowed brows or browlines often indicate anger or intimidation. The first thing that comes to someone's mind when they see this is probably anger. Very few places on this planet where furrowed brows don't usually mean anger.


With this picture, it doesn't point to any other emotion. Also here's a fun fact about the key legendaries in each pokemon game. Usually they have feature that gives them an intimidating look. Could be spikes, could be size, maybe it's red eyes. It could even be something as simple as a color palette that most other pokemon don't have. In this case it's a furrowed brow. It's just that anger is often associated with intimidation. Someone who's angry is often more intimidating than someone who's crackin' jokes. It's just that simple.

It doesn't matter the two legendaries in the picture, I'm talking about the starters.

Also, like any other previous generation, there are supposed to be more legendaries and it doesn't mean the ground rock and the flying rock are the cover legendaries of this fake generation.

Like the people above, I didn't like much of the rock legendaries either (I don't even know if they're really legendaries anyways...)
