Trainer Sprites needed!

I don't know I'f I'm doing this right, but I would really appreciate it if someone could make me some trainer sprites that look like the cast from various cartoon series. I will provide images, the sprites I want to look like the image, and specifics that would assist the people who would help me. Please help me.

If you want to request sprites, please do so here. :] That thread is for when you want to request sprites from a non-specific person, so that anyone may take up the task. You have the option of doing this, finding a person with a sprite shop who can fulfill your request, or contacting someone personally who you think can do it to ask.

No worries. ^^ The thread I'm talking about is this one. You can just ask there, and to preseve space, you can put the reference images in spoiler brackets like this:

Make sure you take out the * so it will work properly. Then it will look like this:
