It's been nine years total. Three years since Lunick and Solana stopped the Go-Rock Squad in the Fiore region. Three years since Kellyn, Keith, and the other Top Rangers saved Almia from Blake. And three years since Ben and Summer saved Oblivia from the Pokemon Pinchers and the Societea. But, Orre still needs protection. Chiper has risen once again to take over Orre. But, this time, instead of using just Shadow Pokemon, they also use technology from the defeated teams of the past. With all of that at hand, even the best rangers from the different regions couldn't stop them! They've captured Lunick, Solana, Kellyn, Keith, Ben, and Summer so no one could stop them! It is up to the new Ranger, Quinn, and his friends, Dylan, Jason, and Charles to save Orre! Are they just in time? Or are they too late?

Prologue
The Incident

Most of the regions have been peaceful. Fiore with the Go-Rock Squad now playing music for patrons, Altru Inc. shut down because of the truth people have found out, and Oblivia with the Pokemon Pinchers gone. Orre had been peaceful when Shadow Lugia, codenamed, "XD001," had been snagged and purified. One day, an old Chiper member had defeated Micheal nine years after XD001 had been taken down. Surprisingly, he had been taken down with ease. That one little Chiper member gathered the others and had gone to the regions with the skilled Rangers. One by one, the Rangers were taken down. One by one, the Rangers were kidnapped. The regions had lost hope. Until, one day, a teen named Quinn had signed up. His friends Dylan, Jason, and Charles signed up with him. They were each assigned a region to protect. Dylan got Fiore, Jason got Almia, and Charles got Oblivia. What about Quinn, though? Quinn had been assigned Orre. All of them had been taught the ropes. In no time, they were experts. Now all they need to do is protect their assigned region.
