I've watched it 4 or 5 times now. Madoka Magica is easily my favourite anime, what's not to like about it? The music (of course, anything by Yuki Kajiura is automatically awesome), the dark and twisted plot, the visuals, and the characters were all wonderful.

Yeah, be prepared for Kenny to find his way here.
I've read the manga, have yet to hunt down the anime. Very awesome series, but very short, twisted, and sad. I really liked Mami, and am fairly mad about her situation, but oh well. Her shimeji is always running around my screen and looking adorable, but I'm kinda sad I can't find .zip files for everyone else. ...Actually, randomly looking at shimeji is how I discovered the manga, never would have heard of it if I hadn't found that Mami shimeji. :)

Skylands, those are all .rar files--the exact thing I can't run since I don't have Winrar downloaded. However, thanks for at least trying. If anyone wants it, I can post up Mami .zip later, though.

Yeah, shimejis are amazing.
It's alright, Skylands, I have enough running around anyway... My comp. lags with just, like, five running. XD I'm already getting annoyed that I have to keep sidelining Noctis when it doesn't feel like running right.

Me? Finding this? Nigh impossible. I remember posting this when the anime was still going on and few noticed. One guy flat out rejected watching it on principle. XD
Great anime. One of my absolute favourites, atm only behind Monster. I just love Homura though, since I honestly can relate to her the most as a character. It's amazing how Gen could write easily the happiest tale in his entire career and yet it's still one of the darkest anime in existence. The Faustian theme and the incredible amounts of foreshadowing and symbolism really strengthened the series as a whole. Watching it the 3rd or 4th time...well I still find things that were missed before. Interestingly enough, the transition from the regular version to the Blue-Ray version wasn't that big a deal. It's one of the few anime where I'm actively looking for merchandise for...like my kyubei keychain. OH THE HORRORS WHEN LAYPEOPLE TELL ME IT'S CUTE. THE HORRORS! XD I'm actually still looking for the blue-ray in Japanese (ironically my PS3 is Japanese region-locked...), which I probably should look a little bit harder next time I go to the cash-draining Japanese stores in Manhattan... So yes, I'm a huge madofan nearly to the point of obsession. :D

I've been thinking about buying figures of the characters, but I don't know yet. It could be cool, I guess.

The figures are expensive though. I gotta get it shipped from Japan, just because it's so expensive to buy it at a local store. It's actually kinda ridiculous. lol
Got a phone strap of Homura and a tiny mami on my coat now. :O
