It was Latios and Latias for me. I couldn't get Mean Look to work to my advantage so I had to rough about with a Wobbuffet.

Articuno in FRLG was the most challenging to capture. I eventually gave up and threw my Master Ball, which was a huge mistake later on when I found out you could catch Mewtwo in Cerulean Cave.

In my opinion, it’s gotta be Mewtwo. It took me nearly four days to catch that Pokémon.

for me, it is Regigas. Too much requirements. First I need to put the three regi's inside my team (which is really hard) then,I have to keep Regigigas at 1 HP asleep 9with my imported Flase Swipe Scizor and Spore Breloom. then I have to keep spamming Timer Balls. Urghh.. Took me almost five hours just to catch that guy. And... I soft resetted for an Adamant Regigigas! :)

I clicked them all! literally. You forgot to make it one vote each. But really, I hated all my legendary captures. The worst was probably Rayquaza, especially when I got him shiny and didn't catc it :( :(:(

Well definitly Mewtwo single hardest pokemon that I have attemped to catch. Then Rayquaza it took me 6 days of good playing to catch him. Then Latios and Latias expectly when you are trying to find them in ruby and sapphire because they go throught the water and the hoenn is huge so there pretty tough I even struggled catching them in soulsilver.

I haven't attempted them all yet, but so far, believe it or not, it was this Groudon on my brother's Ruby. He'd tried, then I, then some of his friends, attempt after attempt, all we met was failure. Guess that thing was bent on roasting Hoenn or something, took the Master Ball (DX) to finally seal the deal.
(And ironically, the R/S/E Legendary Battle theme was the next song on my playlist XD) *Mew, Meow, Nya*

Caught them all except Gen4. Only reason they were never caught is because I didn't buy those games.
