The problem with that is the fact that the civilian population in that country is grossly underfed, unarmed, and weak.

They may think that until they get to see the outside world.

The same thing could be said about the Middle Easterners who are stuck under theocracies, but the recent rebellions all around in that place suggest otherwise.
