Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file.
I want this random image for my avatar, and I've tried to get the site to cooperate about seventy times. It just won't do it. Every time, it says 'Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file.' Anything I can do to stop this from happening? Please help!

If you are using the URL for the image, especially GIF images, it does not work. You will have to save the image to your hardrive and upload it yourself.

Right-click and then click "Save as" then upload it onto Photobucket and try again.
