Bulbagarden describes Stone Edge in the anime as "The user launches summoned rocks at the opponent." Excadrill is a GROUND/STEEL type, which means that although it is not exactly rock type it has experience with the earth/ground. I think that it is perfectly feasible for Excadrill to be able to summon (or if absolutely necessary dig them up themselves) rings of rocks and shoot them. It takes no psychic energy whatsoever (non-psychic types are able to learn it) and therefore it's perfectly reasonable to imagine an Excadrill using Stone Edge.

Secondly, the number of Pokemon that learn this move through TM is absolutely flabbergasting. It seems as though almost all final forms of Pokemon learn the move, even if they are in fact not even of the rock or ground type? If a Breloom is able to summon and expel stones, so should an Excadrill. Breloom doesn't even have any relation to rocks at all! Almost all ground types excluding the Drilbur family are included; Golett, Baltoy, even Stunfisk! Therefore, it would be perfectly reasonable for an Excadrill to learn Stone Edge. It would dig underground with its shovel-like claws, retrieve rocks sharpened to a point, and shoot them towards an opponent; perhaps even use it like all of the others; create the rocks with rings of light.

Thank you for your time.

Galvantula Dex Entry:
'When attacked, they create an electric barrier by spitting out many electrically charged threads.'

Galvantula can learn Light Screen, the special attack variety of Reflect.

Jolteon could learn Reflect back in R/B/Y days, so seeing as Jolteon and Galvantula are both electric types, and Galvantula are specifically mentioned to make electric barriers, and can learn Light Screen, why not Reflect? That's a form of a barrier too.

Galvantula could make a barrier, and if something went and hit an electrical based field, I'm sure that be it a punch, it would cut down some energy since the Pokemon attacking probably not be able to feel their hand/claw/other appendage for the time they were attacking, so the attack would be cut in all sensibility.
Both are Accepted. I'll post the discounted prices in a second~

Pokemon you wish to teach the Move: Psychophagus the Cofragigus
Move you wish to teach: Hypnosis
Reasons which support your Pokemon
learning the chosen move:

Pokedex entry (Pokemon White):They pretend to be elaborate coffins to teach lessons to grave robbers. Their bodies are covered in pure gold.

Cofagrigus is a sarcophagus Pokemon that lives in a Pyramid where mummified corpses of Egyptian Kings are placed. To protect the tomb, Cofagrigus disguises himself as a sarcophagus around the other Sarcophaguses there and look after the tomb. If he senses grave robbers, he will appear and attract them. Cofagrigus will then mummify the grave robbers with his ability. The bandage binds them tight so that they can't move. Cofagrigus will brighten his red eyes and let out a mesmerizing wave just like Gengar, to make them sleep and send them to the jail. Cofagrigus must learn Hypnosis to give the grave robbers a nightmare to make sure they won't come anymore.

You given me a beautiful story, but I don't see this as an actual reason to grant him Hypnosis.

Just the same as Gastly's line especially for Gengar, and Patrat who have huge red eyes, Cofagrigus has a pair of red eyes, too.
Cofagrigus is a ghost that has the design of sarcophagus with face. That face will attract people to look at how uncommon a sarcophagus is.

And because sarcophagus is more related to Egyptian, and Egyptian tomb is related to terror (at least in manga/anime), Cofagrigus should learn Hypnosis to give terror to grave robbers by giving them Nightmare. How can Nightmare be used if he himself doesn't know how to put the enemies to sleep. As Pokemon White Pokedex says "teach lessons to grave robbers", nightmare in a deep sleep is a good lesson.

In the future, that alone will suffice. :P

$12, and he'll be stuck here for 24 hours.

EDIT: I have also just realized that eishiba should have been charged $12 for Primeape's Swords Dance. $8 should be added to his Bank account - $7 is the proper difference, and $1 because I messed up.

Is $12 including 25% discount for 5 first customers?
