Default EV training?

Recently found a reason to actually build a team through EV training... however in B/W I have no idea which pokemon are the best to farm for the EVs I want... anyone know a place or have a list of good pokemon to farm for EVs? I guess I could just spend an hour or two skimming bulbapedia for each pokemons location, rarity and how much EVs they give, but I'm pretty sure someone beat me to it already! :D

Currently, I do my EV training at these places. They aren't the best, but meh.

HP - Stunfisk/Palpitoed - Icirrus Town - 2EVs each (Run away from the Shelmet)
Attack - Patrat/Lillipup - Route 1 - 1EV each
Defense - Sewaddle/Venipede - Pinwheel Forest - 1EV each (Run away from the monkeys etc)
Special Attack - Litwick - Celestial Tower - 1EV each
Special Defence - Frillish - Undella Town (Water) - 1EV each (not that reliable)
Speed - Basculin - Route 6 (Water) - 1EV each

This is basically how I train too =)

However, if you battle Frillish by Surfing in Driftveil City, it's 100% encounter rate so it's a bit easier. The same with Surfing in dark puddles near Icirrus City for 100% Stunfisk. Route 3 is good for 100% Basculin too.

Also Basculin gives 2 speed EVs, not 1. =)

If you go to the icirrus bog and find stunfisks and the frog things they train hp... At celestial tower the litwicks and the psychic pokemon that appear there all train sp. Attack so it's a good place to train for special attack

EV training is a means of gaining much higher stats in desirable areas. I've written a full guide on how to do it, which can be found in the below link [=

wow 'the Pokemon Ninja" scored 3 bs posts on this thread lol.

moreover:
just me but I prefer to do the 4 EV spread 1st before i go into the full on 252 Ev training..

I want to bring this to your attention since it hasnt been mentioned yet..
driftveil bridge and Tubeline bridge are good spots to get free Ev Wings..
collect a *hit load and just give those to your pokemon to get specific EVs.
added with the Vitamins you'll cut your Ev training down by alot.

But it's a low slower to collect those wings than it takes to grind against weak pokemon with a combination of Macho Brace and Pokerus. :s

Power items are infinitely better than macho brace anyway. +4EV is always better than x2EV for our purposes.
