Never.. if one is that poor in Podunk. im certain you'll get a bye if you're seen in a grocery store helping yourself to a bowl of cerial with proper milk to match..

I don't know about that, I've often heard that people in rural towns are pretty strict with law enforcement, even for something as minor as cerial theft.
