Dartz, Pef's bords are about the same as Pe2k's. Only a few minor changes, and that site is still not perfect. Members already have most of the things they wish for, all that is left is to have Monthly and or yearly Username changes. In case you havn't noticed, I believe each bord gets it's fair share of recodnition. Thus, I do not believe this is needed. Basically agreeing with Jokster Jessie.

And I was thinking, if we can't have Monthly name changes, why not once a year?

Lol. There's a project started about making new themes, some are already up. Scroll down. Like, all the way. You'll find it there ;)

Some themes are okay, but there are some themes that squish the board width. Not smart in my opinion :/

Edit: And those themes like PS3 Theme, why are they there :O
I would say that there should be themes that define the forum and what it is, not random downloaded generic themes.

We weren't able to make our own themes for a long time due to the admin being inactive and no one having access to upload them. It's only in the last couple months that we've been able to make our own. That's why there are lots of default ones there.

Some people like the padded forum look better, so we have a range of different themes, some wide and some not. We'll be continuing to add more so I'm sure there'll be something you like eventually =) If you'd like to contribute any ideas for future themes, you can post in this thread.

I was thinking of two themes. One sponsoring all...15 starters, including those from Gen. V and one sponsoring random Gen. V Pokemon, such as the Ice Cream Pokemon.

I would say that there should be themes that define the forum and what it is, not random downloaded generic themes.

Some people actually like it with a narrower width. But there are others with a wider width so that everyone can find at least some skin theme that they like and works for them.

About upgrading the forum software to at least 4.0? That will allow you guys to install the StopForumSpam plugin and perhaps lower the amount of SpamBots you seem to be getting.

Never! Never upgrade to v4.0!! It has ugliest looks!!! I have experience it with my forum!!!
Do not use 4.0 ever!!

Then cover it with a theme? I don't know much about vB anyway. Sticking with MyBB <3

Edit: Just noticed a few other forums I go to use vB 4.0++. I don't see anything wrong with it?

Just noticed the StopForumSpam plugin works for vB 3.8.4 as well. Perhaps you guys would wanna try it out?

Well...if we have BotW features, then why not SotW features? ^^; It'd just make things more even, and even though I hate to sound arrogant, but...ever since lately, I've kinda been the manager of SotW--with granted permission, of course--and due to that, its been running much more consistently and smoothly, and I'm hoping it will eventually also be a little more active.

So yeah, anyway, it would work out since SotW is more active / consistent now.
