Surprising. Personally, I never thought much of this game, but after hearing the news, I may go ahead and purchase Pokemon Typing DS by the time it's released in English.

Haha you would be VERY surprised. People pay thousands of dollars for rare Pokemon plush. There's a particular Lugia plush that's gone for $5000 or more iirc. There's also a Pokemon card called Pikachu/Pokemon Illustrator that went for $20,000 XD And that's just a piece of cardboard... Yeah.. I'd say Pokemon can sell anything.

I'm sure it's one of those games that will never be made in English due to it being nothing major.

Notice I did not say a specific thing, I said a toy-line. There are plenty specific, one-of-a-kind or EXTREMELY rare items that are priced ridiculously. Plus, from the sounds of it, Nintendo isn't selling it, it is prolly auctioned on E-bay and then never shows up to the auction winner's house. xD
