Before I rate, why on earth...
-Is your ferrothorn missing EVs?
-Does your Gyarados have SpAtt and no special attacks?
-Does your Conkeldurr have speed EVs when it's so ridiculously slow?
-Does your Zapdos have attack EVs and no physical attacks?

Fix the obvious mistakes, then I'll rate.

-I don't really get what that Seismitoad is meant to be doing. It lacks the power to be a proper mixed attacker and isn't all that bulky without major EV investment. This thing is entirely inferior to Swampert outside of Swift Swim, so change to that. 252HP/252Att/6Def with Waterfall/Earthquake/IcePunch/HammerArm will fulfill the same role. Unless Scald was there for any particular reason, there's no point splitting your EV investment.
-156HP/72Att/96Def/184Spe for Gyarados, for a more effective bulky set. Bounce is highly recommended over Stone Edge so that you don't get entirely walled by Ferrothorn, the most common poke in the game right now, but either option will work. Adamant nature please, neutral ones suck.
-Move those Def EVs on Conkeldurr into SpDef, you have Bulk Up to improve your physical side. Stone Edge over Earthquake, Ground and Fight moves offer pretty identical coverage and are walled by the same things.
-I have no idea what you're trying to do with that Zapdos, a bit more information would be nice. Especially regarding the choice of HP Dark.
-Hydregion can't do bulky to save it's life, too many common weaknesses and a thoroughly average stat line. 252SpAtt/252Spd/6HP@Timid please, moves themselves are fine.

Fill in the gaps about Zapdos and I'll make some suggestions about team choice. Elaborating on your own choices and how the team works as a whole is also helpful, just for future reference.
