i think your team could maybe do it infernape will pwn bug, but you really need a grasss type pokemon becasue that just makes its so easy to waltz past ground, depending on ur azumarill's moveset you should be able to beat fire, althoguh you might wanna give one of ur pokes an electric move for drifblimn, honnchcrow should beat physcic no probs as long as it knows dark pulse etc. You will definitely struggle on cynthia though (in my oppinion your team isnt good enough) honchrow maybe able to take spiritomb but watch out for embargo thats annnoying. Gastrodon you dont really have anything that could do that well at it however its not that good so you'll probably beat it. Milotic is probably one of your main concerns as you have no electric/grass type pokemon that could take it. Garchomp azumarill could do ok with icebeam but again i find it easier if you have a poke that knows energy ball etc. lucario-ur infernape would pwn and same again for roserade but agaisnt roserade you must hit first with like a fireblast or else extrassenory would kill you, if infernape fails switch to toxicroak and like sludge bomb it.

of course you will need tonnes of full restores and revives if your gonna do it with such low lv pokes

I know they're all rather low, but Jirachi damn near carried my team, also keep in mind that I did not use a guide so I unknowingly skipped some major areas of level progression and powered my way through everything "end-game" out of pure willpower. I also have never been defeated in a trainer battle yet...

For the best results in beating the elite four i suggest this team! its what i used:

Empoleon (lvl 70+)

Luxuray (lvl 55+)

Bidoof (lvl 50+)

Alakazam (lvl 60+)

Rapidash (lvl 60+)

Gengar (lvl 65+)
