why do say their files corrupt because of the missingno? i did the glitch and caught and was actually able to go through the whole game with it.the game never said the save file was corrupted.

He's right. MissingNo. has never corrupted any files. It screws with your Hall Of Fame and sometimes PC boxes, but never corrupts.

When I used to play Pokémon Blue back then, I've been told that I'd get a "special" Pokémon if I've ever managed to fill my PC boxes with Pokémons. xDD I actually belived it. It took me several weeks though, but honestly, I did just that. d:
After that, nothing really happened... I didn't get a "special" Pokémon, or anything else for that matter. 3:

mine didn't do anything to my hall of fame and pc boxes. it did nothing to my game.

When I got sapphire(my first game) I didn't know how to speak english(was in first grade, we start learn english in third in sweden) and I got so mad at the guy who wouldn't let me out of littleroot. My friend also tricked me that you could use master ball to catch a trainer pokemons:P

It usually screws with the Hall Of Fame though. Maybe you got lucky.

When I got my first Pokemon game, Crystal, I used to think that you caught Pokemon by making them faint. As soon as their sprite disappeared, I thought I had it. Then I got confused at to why I didn't have it in my party. xD

I had a similar problem in RBY. Except I knew you had to throw a Poke Ball, first. It annoyed me how the game would never let me throw it after it fainted.

After watching the movie with Entei in it, I thought that if you caught all the Unown (A-Z, I didn't know about ? & !) you would get Entei.

Man that took me ages.

I had taken a long couple years hiatus from Pokmon after R/S/E. When I got Diamond, I transferred my Mewtwo, which I had been transferring up since R/B/Y because I like to send my best Pokemon to the newer games, I went online and ended up facing a player who had a Darkrai (whether it was a hack or the real deal, I'm not sure, leaning towards hack though), and I forgot that Dark types are immune to psychic attacks >.<
