As for the Korean war, the contribution from anyone except SK and the USA was negligible. Everyone else in the UN task force could have not been there are the outcome would have been the exact same. Also, Jamaica wasn't in the war.

As I said, that piece was by my older brother. I don't know whether or not the Jamaicans were in it or not.
An no, that is not what I am saying. What I am saying is, they are still quite diplomatically connected as of yet. Whether it may or may not be mutually beneficial. And, because of this relationship, there will always be NKPR sympathizers. Because of this, there will still be Chinese support for Korea. Until the government stops these higher officials from collaborating with North Korea, they will have to accept them as an ally.
And I am sure North Korea would not be so stupid as to fire or set off any nuclear weapon. They would be sitting ducks for a long range nuclear attack. So, I do not think China has to worry about any nuclear hostility from North Korea.
About the Asian thing. Were you raised in a heavy culturally influenced family somewhere in Asia? If so, there is nothing I can do. I do not know how to mass an army and attack one of your allies to see how you would react. But in my experience, the Asians do have a far more powerful sense of honor than most Westerners do.
