A recent edition of CoroCoro states that a new Pokemon event will occur at the World Hobby Fair in Japan. The fair will run in various locations in Japan, from Jan. 16 to Feb. 6. At the fair, Nintendo will distribute a special Zoroark. It’ll know the move ‘Bark Out’, and will currently be the only Pokemon to legitimately know the move (although if the Zoroark is male it can theoretically be bred onto other Pokemon).
The Lock Capsule
Bark Out is also known as TM95, but the TM is currently unavailable. It’ll be released in an event, and is related to the unreleased key item ‘Lock Capsule’ in Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver. Presumably the Lock Capsule must be transferred to the 5th generation games (via currently unknown means), and can then be opened to reveal the TM, Bark Out.
Bark Out is a Special Dark Type attack. It is sound-based, so Pokemon with the ability ‘Soundproof’ will be unaffected by it. It has a base power of 55 and an accuracy of 95%. It lowers the foe’s Special Attack by one stage. It also hits both Pokemon in a double Pokemon and adjacent Pokemon in a triple battle. All Dark type Pokemon can learn Bark Out via TM except Cacturne, and no Pokemon learns the move via level up.
Additional information will be posted once it is revealed.
