Surf, Icebeam, Earthquake and Roar

Mild
Evs in Attack and Speed
Earthquake, meditate, ice punch and thunder punch

Lucario-
Jolly
Evs in Speed and Attack
Sword Dance, Earthquake, Close combat and blazekick

Mismagius-
Timid
Evs in Sp Attack and Speed
Psychic, Dark pulse, confuse ray and mean look

Salamance-
Modest

are you trying to build a competitive battling team? if so you have to get rid of salamence because its uber.
Next why is vire mild ?
Also you would do better to switch blazekick out for extremespeed on lucario

you are not allowed to use salamence because he is banned, you need an entire new swampert, and electavire should be Adamant.
