Default Help making correct pokemon team and move set

i'm totally new and useless to these kind of stuff all i do originally is just plpay without strategy so like now im trying to lighten up and not be reckless. Someone recommend me a good pokemon team and move set :o

This is a place for people to get their team's critiqued, not demand people build them an entirely new team from scratch. Cooperative pokemon isn't something you can just jump into the second you are given a competitive standard team, you need to understand the mechanics that each decision is based on. The links below are a great set of articles for new players, have a read then try building a team yourself, the best way to get better is putting what you learn into practice.

first tell what game you're playing. i have a lot of good ideas for pokemon teams and movesets to help you throughout the game
