Default Rmt!

-Item: Leftovers
-Nature: Quiet
-Ability: Sturdy
-EVs: 252 HP/112 Atk/144 Def
Stealth Rock
Rapid Spin
Mirror Shot

Start off with the Stealth Rocks. Rapid Spin if the other team starts off with Spikes or its variants. Mirror Shot to defend against Rock and Ice types with STAB. Explosion as a last resort.

-Item: Black Belt
-Nature: Adamant
-Ability: Steadfast
-EVs: Unsure (Recieved in Trade. EV'd according to trader.)
Night Slash
Psycho Cut
Close Combat

Physical Sweeper. EQ is unexpected and works well. Close Combat benifits from Black Belt and STAB. 2HKO-3HKO for Gyara with it. Psycho Cut and Night Slash for filler.

-Item: Leftovers
-Nature: Bold
-Ability: Natual Cure
-EVs: 252 HP/252 Sp Def/4 Soe
Ice Beam

Diverse Blissey. Ice Beam was chosen over Seismic Toss due to lack of availability. Sp Def EV's were a mistake. Growing some Stat Reducing Sp Def berries as we speak.

-Item: Leftovers
-Nature: Modest
-Ability: Intimidate
-EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Ice Fang

Another Physical sweeper. DD then choose. Ice Fang for Dragons, Waterfall for STAB, EQ cat take out Electric resistance.

-Item: Expert Belt
-Nature: Adamant
-Ability: Motor Drive
-EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Cross Chop

Typical physical sweeper.

-Item: Life Orb
-Nature: Lonely
-Ability: Levitate
-EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Shadow Ball
Focus Blast

Special Sweeper. Shadow Ball and Focus Blast give Gengar complete type coverage and hit some of the metagame's top threats for super effective damage. TB and Psychic for fill.

For Forrestress I'd go with either Payback or Gyro Ball in place of Mirror Shot. Gyro Ball will still get STAB and will help with the even faster pokemon and payback doubles too 100 base power with Forretress's slow speed. Everything else looks fine.

On Gallade I can check it's EV's if you'd like and moveset wise I would replace Night Slash with Swords Dance unless you're really worried about being taken out by a Ghost type in which case just stick with it.

I can also fix Blissey's EV's as well if you need. Other than that the rest of the team looks fine to me individually. I can't really say anything about synergy as a team since I'm horrible at that. xD

Thanks. I think I trained Forretress on Diamond where I didn't have Gyro Ball readily available. I'll get it on SS and put in on. And I already have blissey's EV's covered.
