Apathy, since ignorant people can be taught. Plus, apathy indirectly enforces and continues ignorance.

Apathy.

You can't blame someone for not knowing everything or simply having never been taught or informed if it was out of their power, but you can blame them for knowing something but choosing to do absolutely nothing about it when it was within their power to affect it.

Everyone has those in them, if they're willing to believe that or not. That's what humans are. Just like people are hypocrits. (If I've spelled that correctly)

Apathy's worse, because, like Neo said earlier, ignorance is just a matter of not being aware and may be corrected by being informed, but apathy's more like choosing not to be concerned about the things around you, which is harder to change since it's more about the attitude of a person.

Honestly, ignorance. Because the chances of changing an ignorant a'hole are none to slim. At least with apathy you know you can't win

Ignorance is bliss, apathy is gaining all knowledge and realizing how painfully empty the truth is.

Apathy may be worse, but ignorance tends to make me want to headdesk more. :(
