Promotions!
With the recent inactivity of DG and leaving of ATF, that leaves the Contest section pretty much down to one person managing it again. That obviously will not work well in terms of trying to make contests not completely inactive and in terms of recruiting new judges and all of that junk.
Therefore, I'll be moving up to Head Judge as ATF suggested, along with DG. At the same time, we will have two new Senior Judges! Congratulations to Sec and Shock64 and may they do well in helping to manage the contest board. Of course, this means they will be able to judge your quizzes too.

Congrats you two for your new positions!
And congrats Ataro for becoming Head Judge (again). I'd moderate you except I'm pretty sure I did months ago and Ryan hasn't gotten around to it yet.
