Default Defeating Wondereye/Wondertomb

OK, since there are hackers out there who use Pokésav to make Ghost/Dark type Pokémon with Wonder Guard, I am making a guide as to how to beat them.

1. What is a Wondereye/Wondertomb?
Simply put, a Wondereye is a Sableye with Wonder Guard. Wondertomb is a Spiritomb with Wonder Guard. Wonder Guard is an ability only held by Shedinja which only lets Super Effective attacks hit. Since Sableye/Spiritomb have no weaknesses, Wonder Guard is sometimes Pokésav'd onto it to make it invincible. Despite this, they can still be defeated.

2. Suggested Moves to use on it
Poison will affect a Wondereye/Wondertomb. However, some hackers may predict this and give it Safeguard.

When used by a Ghost-Type, Curse will bear a similar, but stronger effect to Poison, at the cost of 50% of the user's health.

All Non-Ice types are affected by Hail/Sandstorm. All non-Rock, Ground or Steel types are affected by Sandstorm. Wonder Guarded Pokémon are no exception.

Allows Fighting/Normal Type moves to hit Ghost. Due to the Ghost-type masking a Dark-type weakness, it's super effective.

Allows Psychic to his Dark. I'm not sure if it will allow them to bypass Wonder Guard, though. If anyone can confirm this, you have my thanks.

Bypasses Wonder Guard, for some unknown reason.

Cancels an ability. A Wondertomb/Wondereye with it's Wonder Guard disabled is just an ordinary Spiritomb/Sableye.

Replaces the target's ability with Insomnia

Neither's type comes into affect when used, and thus damages on any Pokémon as a regular attack.

Automatically defeats them if you faint. 'Nuff said.

3. Abilities to use


Ghost nor Dark is super effective against Normal type. A Porygon with Trace can copy Wonder Guard and use it itself.

Mold Breaker lets moves become useable regardless of your Opponet's abilities. It will therefore let you attack dispite your Opponet's Wonder Guard.

Creates a weather effect that can and will damage them.
