What's the difference between shoddy battling and wifi battling?

Well Wifi battling requires a DS, a Pokemon game, wireless internet access and the such.

Whereas Shoddy is moreorless a Pokemon simulator. You download it, create teams, choose moves and battle people on servers. Not very hard, good sir.

Shoddy has the advantage of allowing you to instantly build teams and tweak any feature of them at will, aswell as prviding you with plenty of instant opponents. Server leaderboards are also something you can aspire to top. On the other hand, shoddy only supports single battles and there are no battle animations, if that matters to you.

Personally, I don't have much time on my hands nowadays. This means that games that last for a minimum of half an hour and team building that takes weeks makes Wi-Fi very inconvenient for me. Shoddy, on the other hand, is far quicker and more efficient and due to how volatile it can get it's also more fun.
