Need advice to improve team (FR)

Hello guys :) This is my first post here, so... quite new :P

I am trying to form a team which is good against basicly any type pokemon, but it seems my brain isn't capable of that, so I seek your help :)

My team:

Charizard - lvl 69
- Dragon claw
- Flamethrower
- Blast burn
- Fly
I know two types of same nature moves is dumb, so please tell me which to trade, and what should it be replaced with? Fly < Aearial ace?

Lapras - lvl 58
- Surf
- Hydro pump
- Ice beam
- Blizzard
Same thing, two of each type... please advice

Mewtwo - lvl 79
- Psychic
- Recover
- Shadow ball
- Swift

Tyranitar - lvl 61
-Earthquake
- Crunch
-Trash
- Rock slide

Jolteon . lvl 31 (under progress)
- Thunder bolt
- Sand attack(lol)
- Double kick
- Quick attack
Future abilites advice too please :)

Nidoking - lvl 56
- Megahorn
- Trash
- Double kick

Well that is my team... Now what I want you to do is to tell me if I should replace some of them (also tell me which pokemon I should get instead, and abilities please). And secondly I want you to tell me which abilities the pokemons should have instead of the crappy once I thought them :P

PS: If anyone is playing pokemon on visualboyadvance or similar stuff... Is it by any chance possible to trade pokemons, get mistery gift, battle other players online and other GBA stuff like that? I have tryed but can't seem to work it out.

Advice is bold and parenthetical. also, I've never used VBA, so I know nothing about linkup capabilities. And there's a thread in Pokemon:General board stickied for new members to introduce themselves at.
