Hey im just wondering when ash and his friends go to johto do u think there will be completely new pokemon

Not likely due to the fact that Johto isn't a new generation altogether. Most likely there will be an abundance of Johto and possibly Sinnoh 'mons but a new region would likely have to be invented before new pokemon are invented.

Most likely.

When they do go back to Johto, which is most likely since the announcement of the thirteenth movie, and the possibility that they're going to a new Battle Frontier, the same thing may happen as it did in the previous Battle Frontier. For example, Ash finding out about Gary's Electivire, the ninth movie (the movie in correlation with the Battle Frontier season) featured Sinnoh Pokémon such as Manaphy, Buizel, Mantyke, and Chatot, as well as the seventh movie featuring Munchlax, and the eighth featuring Lucario. And, not to mention May actually catching a Munchlax, and Brock catching a Bonsly.

The Advanced series revealed a Generation Four Pokemon as early as their second movie (Munchlax). We have heard nothing of Generation V as of now and 3 movies have come out. If there is a fifth geneartion, it's probably going to make Arceus part of their regional Pokedex (Arceus was never in Sinnoh's dex).

Most likely. Probably around the middle of the season or when the new Johto movie comes out.

I'm sure we'll be seeing new Pokemon fairly soon. With HG and SS finished the next non-spin off game will most likely be another region. Plus, that new movie that's coming out in July is rumored to have a new Pokemon in it ^_^

New Pokemon games for Nintendo DS, Pokemon Black and Pokemon White. Expected to release in Japan by end of 2010.
