For me, basically all new music sucks. I like Linkin Park and a few bands (Like three others) but old music is so much better. For example, The Beatles are my (Are my? Is my?) favorite band at this point. No band will ever be like the Beatles ever again. Never.

Since we're talking about Christofer Drew/Nevershoutnever! I'm just stating that I think he's a horrible artist. :3 I hear the same song when I listen to his album because all of his songs just sound the same... I also don't see The Beatles as his inspiration because his songs are so far off the Beatles. Just saying.

Look further into the songs and you'll see that they sound way differant.
How can you say Calafornia and What is Love sound similar? O-o

Listen to Iron & Wine, Sufjan Stevens, Andrew Bird, Bright Eyes, Owen, Owls, American Football.

I've listened to all of them except Owen. I think NSN outclasses them in everyway, but this is just gonna be a stale debate with no end, so I'll end it here.

His lyrics are so bland, generic and cliche it's not even funny. Like fullmetal said check out Iron & Wine, Bon Iver, Bright Eyes and City and Colour for some good acoustic.

In any case though, to each their own, right? ^^ Taste in music varies greatly, so no one can really say that one is better than the other C:

In relation to the topic, the new Attack Attack! album is coming out soon and I dunno what to think of it since they're since gotten a new lineup, which is always upsetting but hopefully it'll still be okay C:

I'm really surprised you haven't listened to Owen, seeing as Mike Kinsella was in both American Football and Owls.
