i may be COMPLETELY misinterpereting what ranks are, but would it be a possibility to have some "Experts" in the art boards?

again, this might not be a possibility at all, but i was just wondering. . . . .

you mean like art officials? I don't think that's necessary...

The URPG and ASB have em, because they are regular mods, but peoples need to know that they ARE the mods of those, coz its like a giant game. Whereas, the art boards don't need em.

Well thats my guess, no-one kill me if I got it horribly wrong XD

Speaking on behalf of the URPG, the officials are essentially leaders in the organizations who have various authorities and responsibilities needed to smoothly run the group. Considering that the RPG is composed of many members and that it is highly organized, officials are a necessity.

However, all URPG Officials are determined by the URPG leadership and not by Ryan or any PE2K leadership since the URPG and PE2K are two different and separate entities. It would be up to Ryan, ultimately, to determine if there would be anything like a PE2K Official.

Anyways, I'm assuming the root of the problem is that the Art Boards need more authority figures, and I can assure you we're working on it.

There isn't that much hassle over in the art boards. Usually either I or Ana can take care of things there.

Officials, or any other kind of rank, aren't needed. c:

From what I've heard, I thought the current issue was the total opposite of that?

I don't wanna sound picky.. But the sticky for last weeks BOTW weren't updated, and seeing I was kinda busy the week after the section went unattended for 2 weeks, and the past couple weeks before that I've had to ask Global mods to update the stickies, I even had to ask a G-Mod to allow me to edit grammar errors in the rules I wrote (Don't worry they are grammar and spell proved, my English skills have greatly improved in the year since I wrote them)... :P

Anyway on the topic of Officials in the art board...

I've been doing Banner of the Week now since 2008, and it would be nice being able to add Polls in the competition section on my own, rather then having to send 2-3 pm's to Global mods each week hoping that someone adds it for me.. In the mean while some G-Mods are saying I owe them, and I don't know in what way they are gonna collect that (I'm scared)...

But Gemma it would be nice getting an Official Rank into the Art section.. Take it from someone who has been doing BOTW for going on 2 years..

Not only that, I've seen threads of spam, double/triple posts and one worders that have gone on for pages and pages without even being looked at. :D There's also been big arguements that have gone on for way longer than they should have.

I think in general it would be nice to be able to do Polls yourself in the Art Contest section. I'd hate to be in Angela's permission and be left to ask G-Mods to do something an Art mod should be doing in the first place.

I think the Art boards needs more ACTIVE mods. You and Ana are the only two I ever see on when I'm on and I don't think its cutting it.

Yeah I blame school.. :/

And also.. When Polls and stickies go unattended for couple of weeks members just seam to lose interest.. It needs the whole appeal for it to be active..

Like in your section, your not alone taking care of it.. So it's gonna be pretty active.. And I feel the competition section is somewhat hidden.. :/
