Where can I get squirtle in sky?
Hi, I have completed the game and evolved my Shinx (main character) but I want a blastoise, so does any one know where I could pick up a squirtle to evolve him?

Lake Afar, all floors.
Unlock Lake Afar by recycling 100 items in Wynaut's Stand. Wartortle and Blastoise also appear there if you want to go straight to recruiting one of them instead. They're really hard to recruit, though, I guess.
