But I'd pick Pikachu with Volt Tackle. And good Castform moveset:
- Sunny Day
- Solar Beam
- Rain Dance
- Thunder

This depends on the game i get it on because i would get castform on D P but if on R S E i would get chimchar i think you should give more information.

I'm gonna pick Pikachu, because while a fully trained Castform is nice, I'd feel weird not having been the one to train it o.o

And being able to train the Pikachu in the way I'd prefer is always nice =D
