Best Moveset for Snorunt/Glalie???
My Snorunt is now lvl 37 and it has Ice Beam, Hail, Crunch and Headbutt. I'm going to keep those first three moves but what move I should teach to him??? He learns Blizzard and when evolved Sheer Cold. So what are your opinions fellows.

blizzard stinks unless used in 4th gen (with hail backing up its accurcacy to 100%) and sheer cold is even worse. ice beam.
if this is in-game, just feed it some special moves and you should be good. otherwise go with ice beam, crunch, water pulse and something else, like headbutt.
sorry, ive been playing platinum for so long ive forgotten most of my 3rd gen strategy.

Re: Best Moveset for Snorunt/Glalie???
Hail's useless on its own, so either teach him Blizzard when he reaches the appropriate level, (100% accurate with Hail support) or just stick to Ice Beam on its own. The latter is probably the better option.
He does learn a few physical moves, and his Attack is just as good (or bad, what ever way you look at it) as his Special Attack. Earthquake provides some nice type coverage, as does Hidden Power, assuming you get a decent type and reasonable Base Power. Glalie's movepool is fairly pathetic, so Water Pulse could also be used as a filler move.
Basically:
~ Ice Beam
~ Crunch
~ Earthquake
~ Hidden Power/Water Pulse

Shadow ball and crunch have essentially the same coverage. Crunch gets stab, so I'd keep that.
then go with explosion, ice shard and slap on a choice band, baby.

Glalie/Snorunt aren't Dark-types, so there is not STAB for crunch.
I never use suicide moves on any of my pokemon, so I wouldn't suggest Explosion (aside from the fact that Glalie cannot learn Explosion in Generation III). Not to mention the Choice Band is way to limiting as it only allows you to use one move. Ice Shard is too weak a move so I may suggest Hyper Beam as a filler. Use some Calciums and you have a powerhouse Ice-type.

Let ur Snorut Forget Hail and Crnch because they aren't nice attacks as much as blizzard and sheer cold (an One-Hit KO! attack)
