Hey,

I started my Emerald again, And wondered if you guys could recommend any good pokes to put in my team?

What I have so far is this:

Treeko Lv12
Ralts Lv12
Marril Lv10

I would probably have to say add a Fighting-type like Makuhita, a Ground-type like Donphan or Numel, and a Dark-type like Poochyena.
All the above would definitely help when it comes to gym battles throughout Hoenn.

On another end I would say don't fear to add a flying-type like Taillow or an Electric-type like Electrike.

Where do you catch Phanpy?

Sadly, the only place you can get one is the Safari Zone, in which you need to get the Pokeblock Case first.
Perhaps instead of Phanpy if you don't feel like hunting for the Pokeblock Case, get and train a Sandshrew.

Marril is good, but I think a Gyarados will be a better choice.
But you will need to be patient to level up a Magikarp.

Acually no, if it has Huge Power Azumarill is a far better choice. Much more attack, and doesn't have the glaring weakness to rock and electric that gyarados comes with. :L

Make sure to try and catch a fire type as soon as you can, to create that Fire-Water-Grass attacking synergy.

I recommend trying to get an Absol. They have extremely high attack, and with hyper beam and a large amount of Attack EVs, they can be unstoppable.

I would recommend a linoone. They seem crap, but when used correctly they will kick butt!

...They are used correctly how? They really only do well with Belly Drum, and that's rather ineffective in-game.

Absol probably would be a good fit in there, since you lack Dark type coverage against ghosts. It also learns Brick Break which is nice.

You may want to try Numel, so it can evolve into Camerupt. It learns some useful moves, such as Rock Slide and Earthquake.

I suggested this the first time I posted. Also it can learn Eruption which is a great Fire-type move if you want to OHKO a Grass or Ice-type. I would say Absol and/or Poochyena would be useful as Mightyena can learn Crunch, the most powerful Dark-type move. Use Absol if you want a TM-based pokemon.
