Interesting : Pokemon moves.

I've recently become interested in Pokemon Contests, and while flicking through pages on Bulbapedia, I thought about something.

Do Pokemon that look cute, tough, smart, etc, have cute, tough, smart, etc, moves?

First, I tryed Muk. I said that Muk would have very little Beauty or Cute moves, and as I was checking it's geneartion three moveset, I saw it had very little of the aforementioned moves.

Then I checked Skitty, and as expected, it had plenty of Cute moves.

Finally, I checked Salamence, who had an abundance of Tough moves.

So by looking at how a Pokemon looks, you can determine its moveset!

Helpful when choosing a Pokemon good for contests, or bad for contests.

perhaps this may go under the general board? also i wouldnt be surprised that game freak wouldnt have a little common sense.

Maybe. I probably put it here because I was studying 3rd gen moves. :O

Common sense? Maybe. But if they had the slightest bit off sense they would have made contests, like battles, wifi-able. *Sighs*

That was one of the features I was looking forward to in D/P/P, but of course it never happened. :<

Perhaps it may be possible in HG/SS or in the 5th Gen (if there ever is one)

I am hoping it will be possible in HG/SS, but it seems unlikely.
