Coming from the Miltank obsesser, that's not surprising.

Toxic from Janine/Koga , Shadowball from Morty, Thunderbolt from Lt. Surge, and Fire Blast from Blaine are the best IMO.

Fire Blast from Blaine.

Plus, he was my favorite Gym Leader, and he had such a nice team. :D

Why yes, it is true that I am obsessed with Miltank, so you hit it spot on the nose, TheEvilDookie!

Mud Slap was the best TM. I annihilated and destroyed the entire Elite 4! Dragonite went down in a single hit!

Thumbs up Re: Best TM a Gym Leader gives you in Generation 1 and 2!!!!

Whoa....what did you teach it to and what Level was it at? Although I do not get why Falkner gives you a Ground TM and not a Flying one. What Dragonite was it? The lv.50? Good job.

I haven't played Crystal in a while, but I think it was Mud-Slap that I liked. =)

Well, to make it straight, the reason why is that it's kinda popular.

TM Thunderbolt. Especially in Red/Blue as I always had a Pikachu on my team and it doesn't learn it by level up in those games. =]

I would have to say Dragonbreath. Its power is reasonable and it cause paralysis, which is a good status effect to cause on a opponent

Thunderbolt from Lt. Surge and Fury Cutter from Bugsy (Fury cutter is a pretty sweet move if you have a high level pokemon and/or you're up against psychic types.
