Evolve it with friendship that is after you beat the game.

But to make my post somewhat contributional, it Golbat evovles by friendship.

You need to get a Golbat to have maxed happiness.

The best way to get Crobat is high friendship.

Use
Iron, Calcium etc.
Make Golbat win battles and level up.
Walk around alot.
Exp Share.

this is what i did to make Togepi evolve to Togetic in Platunim

Happiness! It sounds like a curse to most people, but Happiness is not that hard to acquire. With practice [ take it from an expert on Happiness ], you will be able to get max Happiness on your Poke`mon in minutes!
