Default Platinum Team Help

Okay, I've been playing Platinum for a while and I wanted to know how my team could improve. I mainly focus on dishing out masses of damage in short periods of time, and ramping up a few Pokemon by themselves to do it. I need help devising a team that could actually stand up on its own. I currently use most often:

Infernape LV: 74
Atk/SpAtk: 181
Def/SpDef: 138/137
Spd: 191
Mach Punch
Blast Burn
Close Combat

Gyarados LV: 94
Atk/SpAtk: 292/126
Def/SpDef: 186/238
Spd: 169
Aqua Tail
Ice Fang

Dialga LV: 74
Atk/SpAtk: 217/255
Def/SpDef: 180/175
Spd: 160
Roar of Time
Heal Block (Changing soon, when a move catches my eye)
Earth Power
Flash Cannon

Palkia LV: 74
Atk/SpAtk: 229/219
Def/SpDef: 178/195
Spd: 175
Spacial Rend
Heal Block (See above)
Earth Power

Other than those four I don't have regularly used Pokemon. The other two slots are usually taken by a level 57 Tyranitar and a level 61 Staraptor, both of which are never used for battles. I can tell I need some help for my strategy and for my movesets, so suggestions are appreciated

This is a competitive section and the posted moveset I am not it, and Dialga and Palkia are forbidden in OverUsed tier.
