Also, the reason why people haven't answered your thread is (most likely) because nowadays people have moved on to the 4th generation of pokemon (D/P/Pt). Those versions are now used for all the most popular competitive battling, walkthroughs and other cool stuff. Hence why all the threads there are booming. A lot of people already know everything there is to know about Ruby Sapphire and Emerald.

So if you want to get more involved in pe2k community, then i would suggest visiting the D/P/Pt boards and getting known over there.


Of course, people still play R/S/E, but theyre much less popular nowadays (did you know that at EB Games Ruby and Sapphire are only like $10 Canadian?).

Personally, my favourite is Emerald, but I digress.

By the way, regarding Pokemon Emerald, do you know how to get Milotic easily?

I'm afraid there is no easy way to get Milotic other than trading. You have to evolve it from a Feebas by maximising it's beauty through the use of blue Pokeblocks. To get Feebas, you need to fish on 6 randomly generated tiles on Route 119, which change along with the Dewford trendy phrase, which is very difficult.

To SuperErinMan: the reason I'm doing this thread on Emerald is because, as you said, more people have 4th gen and I would be bombarded with questions.

Ok, that seems fair enough.
In which case, (and i know i might sound like a hippocrit) do you mind helping me remember how to open up regirock/ice/steel's own personal caverns? i know about how to unlock the caverns (wailord and relicanth and all that) but i forget how to specifically unlock each chamber.

I really want a good registeel for 4th gen competitive. :P
