wailord can be found in the wild in the two most south-eastern areas of the hoenn map, on the water. however its is much faster to just level up a wailmer to level 40, as they can be found almost anywhere on the water at levels in the mid to high thirties. relicanth can be found anywhere directly outside of sootopolis city.

alright, i have something a lot more advanced:
the base stats of a dusclops are:
40hp, 70 attack, 130 defense, 60 special attack, 130 special defense and 25 speed.
it obviously is meant to be a wall, right? so my question is this. what is the most effective dusclops moveset and EVs if it desires to be a wall?
