Default Emerald ?s

I have a question about the movesets and the amount of training I did. I'll show you the team I have now. This is for the Elite Four.

Absol(Lv58): Sword Dance, Slash, Future Sight, Toxic
Torkoal(Lv56): Flamethrower, Iron Defense, Heat Wave, Strength
Gyarados(Lv57): Twister, Dragon Dance, Thunderbolt, Waterfall
Flygon(Lv57): Fly, Crunch, Dragonbreath, Sandstorm
Sableye(Lv59): Faint Attack, Confuse Ray, Shadow Ball, Cut
Swampert(Lv60): Muddy Water, Earthquake, Surf, Facade

Is this too much training? Are the movesets okay?

Boy two red's now. Anyway you should try to train on some weak pokemon, like at the beginning of the game. because you see every battle a pokemon gains stats, but very little stats and it won't show up untill you grow a lvl. So train for a while and go grow a lvl and you'll see how big of a boost you got.
