there is currently a hack of Fire red called shiny gold.

It is amazingly close to the story-line and even has some more twists...alot of twists actually. It is also possible to catch all the hoen, jotoh and kanto pokemon in this game as well.

It would be nice to see a real game, but this hack just blows my mind

I'll definately join the petition, but you have to stop and think. A measly 200 or 300 people signing a petition would probably not change Nintendo's descision to make a G/S remake. To do that, we would probably have to have this petition up in at least 2,000 members, not nessesarily on this one site. Just give it some thought.

2,000 dude nintendo has over 10,000 worker's and over 100,000 buyer's! It has to at least be 20,000 people!

Hello, I'm Veritas Vice chairman of the petition. Shaymin Za Stalker (a.k.a Yanmega Owns at pokebeach) is busy so I'll update everyone.

I have processed everyone's names and put them on a giant word document. Even though he hasn't officially put you on it in the forum, I have already added you to the list.

Yeah it probably won't do anything, but it won't hurt to send it and it won't hurt if you put your name on it and if get some other people to sign it.

Yes. As I have ranted on PokeBeach (and I will copy and paste the rant over here if anyone wants to see it) it doesn't ever hurt to try. You guys only take 30 seconds to do this. I and my other staff members of the petition spend a lot of time on this.
