The Admin (Ryan) will be pick you if we need more mods, and he finds that you're good for the job. Also, don't ask to become one.

Thoughts: Then again, I asked and look at me! ^.^

Some general tips are(I've heard these from other mods as you can see I'm not one)
1. don't break rules. you know don't spam or flame. stuff like that.
2. Be active and post a lot. posting more and being an active member helps

If those were the only two guidelines to becoming a mod, I would've been one centuries ago!lol

Actually, hes right. But Ryan usually chooses members who have been here a while- and look okay for the job.

Thoughts: Try like 2 years- not 2 months

lol Yeah, 2 years. Hm... My 2 year anniversary is on Thursday...

Anyway, it's as the others have said, but there's more to it than that.

1. Respect rules, and always follow them, as much as possible.
2. Help other members.
3. Show maturity (i.e. rather than flaming someone due to a disagreement or getting angry/upset, think about things and solve the problem yourself; if you can't do things yourself, then it's unlikely you can do things yourself as a mod)

I'm not really sure time here counts, altogether, much like how maturity is comprised of your experiences and reactions rather than your age, I believe Ryan chooses based on the attitude and personalities of the members; people he can rely on.

Regardless, the questions seemed to have been answered suffucuently.
