lol Yeah, 2 years. Hm... My 2 year anniversary is on Thursday...
Anyway, it's as the others have said, but there's more to it than that.
1. Respect rules, and always follow them, as much as possible.
2. Help other members.
3. Show maturity (i.e. rather than flaming someone due to a disagreement or getting angry/upset, think about things and solve the problem yourself; if you can't do things yourself, then it's unlikely you can do things yourself as a mod)
I'm not really sure time here counts, altogether, much like how maturity is comprised of your experiences and reactions rather than your age, I believe Ryan chooses based on the attitude and personalities of the members; people he can rely on.
Regardless, the questions seemed to have been answered suffucuently.
As long as we continue to fight, and destroy, we are forever prisoners of our ignorance and foolishness; true 'freedom' does not exist
