I have a few of the things you're looking for (Shiny Modest Feebas and TMs Stone Edge and EQ).

I should tell you upfront that the shininess was AR-ed in breeding, but that is the only thing that keeps it from being legitimate, as I bred it myself (No Pokesav).

What do you think?
