Help..
Back to the good old days! Im playing my gold version, and i only have 4 badges, but i want ho-oh (or w/e) and i need the rainbow wing, i looked in the gold/silver part of this site and only says Goldenrod City.. I need EXACT location.. If i am right i belive its after you beat team rocket in the radio tower.. Correct?

Yep, you get it as a reward from the Radio Tower Director once you've cleared Team Rocket from there.
